Management and Maintenance of LC-MS/MS

液相色谱与串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)结合是一种功能强大、不可缺少的分析工具,广泛应用于化学、医学、药剂学和生物化学等诸多领域。LC-MS/MS作为大型分析仪器日常的管理与维护已引起高校设备主管部门的重视。文章对LCMS/MS管理及维护过程中存在的问题进行阐述,并结合南京中医药大学科技实验中心实际情况,从仪器预约、样本处理及检测、仪器维护保养、故障排查等方面进行研究和探讨。

The combination of liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) is a powerful and indispensable analytical tool, which is widely used in many fields such as chemistry, medicine, pharmacy and biochemistry. As a large analytical instrument, the daily management and maintenance of LC-MS/MS has attracted the attention of the equipment authorities in colleges and universities. In this paper, the problems existing in the management and maintenance of LC-MS/MS are described, and combined with the actual situation of Science and Technology Experiment Center of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, the instrument reservation,sample processing and detection, instrument maintenance troubleshooting and other aspects are researched and discussed.
