创新化工产业发展模式推动区域经济发展的思考

Thoughts on Innovating the Development Mode of Chemical Industry to Promote the Development of Regional Economy

化工产业由于具有资本密集、规模体系庞大以及与国民生活密切相关等特点,被看作是实现国民经济快速发展的基础产业。随着经济的快速发展,电子信息技术、新型材料以及新型能源等战略性产业逐渐衍生出来,并与化工行业建立了较强的关联性,使得中国化工行业得到了蓬勃发展,其逐渐在区域经济发展中占据着越来越重要的地位。为了更强有力地推动中国化工产业的不断发展,使其达到世界领先水平,需要对以往的化工模式进行创新,建立规模更大、更富有集群特性的化工产业。鉴于此,文章以武威市化工产业发展为例,对化工产业发展模式推动区域经济发展进行了深入的分析,并提出“立体化工”产业发展模式,进一步挖掘“立体化工”产业模式运行过程中存在的各种问题,并提出相关解决措施。

The chemical industry is regarded as the basic industry to realize the rapid development of the national economy because of its capital intensive, huge scale system and close relationship with national life. With the rapid development of economy, strategic industries such as electronic information technology, new materials and new energy have gradually emerged and established a strong correlation with the chemical industry, which has made China’s chemical industry develop vigorously and gradually occupy an increasingly important position in regional economic development. In order to more effectively promote the continuous development of China’s chemical industry and make it reach the world’s leading level, it is necessary to innovate the previous chemical model and establish a chemical industry with larger scale and more cluster characteristics. In view of this, taking the development of chemical industry in Wuwei city as an example, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the promotion of regional economic development by the development model of chemical industry, proposes the “three-dimensional chemical industry” industry development model,further excavates various problems existing in the operation process of the “three-dimensional chemical industry” industry model,and puts forward relevant solutions.
