摘要
化工产业是中国国民经济中的支柱,在化工产品生产的过程中为了保障产品质量,生产过程中在化工装置上安置仪表自控系统,实时监控生产时的温度、湿度、压力等各项数值。化工装置仪表的自控系统较为复杂,一旦自控系统出现问题,未能将数据信息及时反馈到总控制平台,不仅会影响生产的质量,甚至会造成严重的安全事故。文章分析了大型化工装置仪表中自控系统容易出现的故障,并且提出故障的处理措施,确保化工企业能够安全运行。
Chemical industry is the pillar of the national economy. In order to ensure product quality in the process of chemical product production, the production process in the chemical device installed instrument automatic control system, real-time monitoring of the production of temperature, humidity, pressure and other values. Therefore, this paper analyzes the faults that easily occur in the automatic control system of the large chemical equipment instrument, and puts forward the fault treatment measures, to ensure that the chemical enterprises can safe in operation.
