微波化学法改性粉煤灰的工艺及吸附性能研究

摘要 粉煤灰为煤燃烧产生的固体废弃物,处理不当会对环境产生不利影响。文章基于以废治废的思路,采用微波辅助化学改性,并对制得的改性粉煤灰进行吸附性能评价。研究结果显示:采用的粉煤灰主要化学成分为硅铝氧化物,占总量的83%;微波辅助以氢氧化钠作为改性剂的改性工艺优化表明,水灰比和微波功率相比其他因素对粉煤灰改性影响最为显著。粉煤灰通过酸解改性后,扫描电镜结果呈现表面均有不同程度改变。 A solid waste product of coal burning is called fly ash. The environment will suffer from improper treatment. In this study, fly ash is modified to treat wastewater containing chromium on the principle of treating waste with waste. Fly ash alteration is accomplished using microwave-assisted chemical modification. The prepared modified fly ash’s adsorption performance was assessed. The results show that the main chemical composition of fly ash used is silicon aluminum oxide, accounting for 83% of the total amount. The optimization of microwave assisted modification process with sodium hydroxide as modifier showed that the water cement ratio and microwave power had the most significant influence on the modification of fly ash compared with other factors.After the fly ash was modified by acid hydrolysis, the scanning electron microscope results showed that the surface of the fly ash changed in varying degrees.
