大多数重大件运输只能通过海运中的半潜船完成载运,潜装作业过程中容易受风、流、浪等外部环境的影响而导致货物装载失败.结合某半潜船“××华”轮于广州港21DY锚地进行潜装作业的实际情况,从安全水域作业范围、风况、波浪、水深、潮汐多个角度对潜装作业区选定条件进行研究分析,合理选定作业区,为潜装作业顺利进行提供技术支撑.

Most of the heavy cargo can only be carried by semi-submersible ships in sea transportation.During the submersible operation,it is easy to be affected by the external environment such as wind,current,and waves,resulting in the failure of cargo loading.Combined with the actual situation of a semi-submersible vessel“××Hua”carrying out submersible operations at the 21DY anchorage in Guangzhou Port,the selected conditions of the submersible operation area were analyzed,from the operation range of safe waters,wind conditions,waves,water depth,and tides.Carry out research and analysis from the angle,reasonably select the operation area,and provide technical support for the smooth progress of the submersible operation.
