矿用机车嵌入式多功能遥控系统的设计与实现

摘要 通过对煤炭装车、卸货和运输过程中存在的人力资源浪费现象进行研究,设计了一种能在矿井下遥控电矿车的矿用控制系统.该系统基于嵌入式和无线通信技术,由遥控器、电矿车收发器和中继器三个部分组成.遥控器可以控制电矿车的运行速度、运行方向等参数,电矿车收发器实时反馈运行参数到遥控器的显示屏上,中继器用于扩大两者的通信范围.实际测试结果显示,遥控系统能够实现上述功能,并有待升级为矿下无人驾驶系统,实现矿下无人作业. By studying the waste of human resources in the process of coal loading,unloading and transportation,a mining control system that can remotely control electric mine cars down the mine is designed.The system is based on embedded and wireless communication technology and consists of three parts:remote control,electric mine car transceiver and repeater.The remote control can control the operating speed,operating direction and other parameters of the electric mine car,the electric mine car transceiver feeds the operating parameters to the display of the remote control in real time,and the repeater is used to extend the communication range between the two.After actual testing,it can realize the above functions,and is yet to be upgraded to an unmanned underground mine system to realize unmanned operation in the mine.
