摘要
在复合材料气瓶的研究中,由于气瓶结构复杂、参数众多等问题,研究多采用理论计算-数值模拟-试验验证等方式进行.有限元分析方法是近年来复合材料气瓶分析领域中应用最广泛的数值模拟软件.从结构分析与设计、爆破压力问题、缺陷对复合材料气瓶的影响等三部分阐述近10年来有限元分析方法在复合材料气瓶研究中的应用热点与重点.精准的模型和模拟结果不仅能为气瓶结构分析与设计提供数据支撑,还能对在役气瓶、出厂气瓶的安全性能验证提供一定的技术依据,尤其是对气瓶在线检验起到关键的预判作用.
Due to the complex structure of composite cylinders and many parameters,the research is mostly carried out by means of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation,and experimental verification.The finite element analysis method is the most widely used numerical simulation software in the field of composite cylinder analysis in recent years.It is found that the hot spots and key points of the application of finite element analysis method in the research of composite cylinders nearly 10 years from three parts:structural analysis and design,burst pressure problem,and impact of defects on composite cylinders.Accurate model and simulation results not only provide data support for the structural analysis and design of composite cylinders,but also provide certain technical basis for the verification of safety performance of in-service cylinders and defective cylinders,especially when it is inconvenient to disassemble and install cylinders for inspection.
