脑卒中患者健康素养与健康管理行为及自我效能的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Health Literacy and Health Management Behavior and Self-efficacy of Stroke Patients

目的探讨脑卒中患者健康素养与健康管理行为及自我效能的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1月-2021年12月我院康复科和神经内科收治的脑卒中患者128例为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、健康素养量表、健康行为量表(HPLP)及自我效能量表进行调查,采用Pearson相关性分析脑卒中患者健康素养与健康管理行为及自我效能的关系,应用多元线性回归分析脑卒中患者健康素养的相关影响因素。结果脑卒中患者健康素养得分为(87.06±4.92)分,处于中等水平,其中条目得分最高为改善健康意愿。经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,脑卒中患者健康素养(总分、改善健康意愿)与健康管理行为(总分、压力管理、健康责任感)及自我效能呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化水平、健康管理行为总分、健康责任感、自我效能是影响脑卒中患者健康素养的主要因素。结论脑卒中患者健康素养水平有待提高,患者健康管理行为及自我效能对健康素养产生重要影响。医护人员可通过提高脑卒中患者健康管理行为及自我效能提高患者健康素养,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the relationship between health literacy and health management behaviors and self-efficacy of stroke patients.Methods 128 cases of stroke patients were admitted to our hospital as the survey subjects accorded to convenience sampling method from January 2020 to December 2021.The patients were investigated with general information questionnaire,health literacy scale,health behavior scale and self-efficacy scale.The relationship between health literacy of stroke patients and health management behaviors and self-efficacy were analyzed with person single factor analysis.The relevant factors affecting the health literacy of stroke patients were analyzed with multiple regression analysis.Results The average health literacy score of stroke patients was(87.06±4.92)points,which it was medium level.The highest item score was the willingness to improve health.The health literacy(total score,willingness to improve health)of stroke patients was positively correlated with health management behavior(total score,health responsibility)and self-efficacy(P<0.05)by single factor analysis.The patient's education level,total score of health management behavior,health responsibility,and self-efficacy were the main factors affecting the health literacy of stroke patients by Pearson correlation analysis.Conclusion The level of health literacy of stroke patients needs to be improved.The health management behavior and self-efficacy of patients have an important impact on health literacy.Medical staff can improve the health literacy of patients by improving the health management behavior and self-efficacy,and improve the prognosis of patients.
