摘要 鸭肉产品是广受人们青睐的肉类产品之一,鸭肉内蕴含丰富的蛋白质以及营养元素,是人们日常餐桌中常见的肉类产品。随着我国食品市场的持续性发展以及鸭肉产品的需求量不断增多,肉鸭养殖过程中的安全性及疾病防范工作也引起了社会各界的广泛重视。近年来,鸭传染性浆膜炎的发病率居高不下,已经成为制约养鸭业健康发展的重要疫病之一。该文主要分析肉鸭传染性浆膜炎的临床特征,就肉鸭传染性浆膜炎的防治方法进行探讨,希望能够为保障我国鸭肉产品的流通安全性及区域养殖户的经济效益。 Duck meat is one of the meat products widely favored by people.Duck meat contains rich protein and nutritional elements,and is a common meat product in People’s Daily table.With the continuous development of food market and the demand for duck products increasing,the safety and disease prevention in the process of meat breeding have aroused extensive attention from all walks of life.In recent years,the incidence of duck infectious serositis is high,which has become one of the important diseases restricting the healthy development of duck industry.In this paper,the clinical characteristics of infectious serositis of meat ducks were analyzed,and the prevention and treatment methods of infectious serositis of meat ducks were discussed,hoping to provide reference for ensuring the circulation safety of duck meat products in China and economic benefits of regional farmers.
