摘要 为研究CapIFN-γ重组富硒酵母对免疫低下模型小鼠的免疫功能的影响,试验选取40只健康昆明小鼠,随机分为模型组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。各组小鼠均腹腔注射环磷酰胺50μg/g,连续3 d,制备免疫力低下小鼠,高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组口腔灌服不同浓度的重组富硒酵母菌悬液,模型组口腔灌服PBS,连续灌服28 d。采集样品,测定各组小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、淋巴细胞增殖活性、NK细胞活性、CD4∶CD8比值和细胞因子水平,分析重组富硒酵母对小鼠的免疫功能的影响。结果表明,高剂量组和中剂量组的胸腺指数、脾脏指数均差异极显著高于模型组(P<0.01);模型组的脾淋巴细胞增殖活力与高剂量组差异极显著(P<0.01),与中剂量组和低剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);模型组的CD4∶CD8与高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组均差异极显著(P<0.01)。模型组的IL-2水平、IFN-γ水平与其他组均差异极显著(P<0.01)。说明Cap IFN-γ重组富硒酵母有利于缓解环磷酰胺对小鼠的免疫抑制,中剂量组最佳。 In order to investigate the effect of CapIFN-γ recombinant selenium-rich yeast on immune function of immunocompromised mice, 40 healthy Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into model group, high-dose group,medium-dose group and low-dose group. Mice in each group were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide 50 μg/g for 3 consecutive days, and immunocompromised mice were prepared. The high-dose group, medium-dose group and low-dose group were orally administered with different concentrations of recombinant se-rich yeast suspension, and the model group was orally administered with PBS for 28 consecutive days.Spleen index, thymus index, lymphocyte proliferation activity, NK cell activity,CD4∶CD8 ratio and cytokine level of each group of mice were collected, and the effects of recombinant seleniumrich yeast on the immune function of mice were analyzed. The results showed that the thymus index and spleen index of high-dose and medium-dose groups were significantly higher than those of model group(P < 0.01).The splenic lymphocyte proliferation activity of model group was significantly different from that of high-dose group(P < 0.01),and significantly different from that of medium-dose group and low-dose group(P < 0.05).The CD4∶CD8 of model group was significantly different from that of high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups(P < 0.01).The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in model group were significantly different from those in other groups(P < 0.01).The results showed that CapIFN-γ recombinant selenium-rich yeast could alleviate the immunosuppression of cyclophosphamide in mice, and the medium dose group was the best.
