摘要 为研究粘虫在不同饲养空间下的成虫寿命和繁殖力,设置处理A(40 cm×40 cm×45 cm)、处理B(50 cm×50 cm×55 cm)、处理C(60 cm×60 cm×65 cm)、处理D(70 cm×70 cm×75 cm)。试验方法:在4个不同处理中,相同环境、相同温度和湿度条件下,同时放入20头粘虫成虫,用5%的蜂蜜水饲养,结果表明:饲养空间对深点粘虫的成虫寿命和繁殖性能均存在显著影响。在养虫笼为40 cm×40 cm×45 cm条件下产卵期最短(2.83 d),总产卵量最高(5 220.66粒);在养虫笼为50 cm×50 cm×55 cm条件下,总产卵量最高(33 933.60粒),产卵期最长(6.8 d);处理C:60 cm×60 cm×65cm总产卵量最高(30 452.70粒),雌成虫寿命最长(13.44 d);处理D:70 cm×70 cm×75 cm总产卵量最高(27 863.20粒),雄成虫寿命最长(10.78 d)。综合分析得出:饲养空间过大或过小都会降低粘虫的繁殖能力,以50 cm×50 cm×55 cm的养虫笼进行饲养为宜。 To study the longevity and fecundity of adult armyworms in different rearing Spaces,treatment A(40 cm×40 cm×45 cm),treatment B(50 cm×50 cm×55 cm),treatment C(60 cm×60 cm×65 cm),and treatment D(70 cm×70 cm×75 cm)were set.Experimental methods: In these four different treatments, 20 adult armyworms were placed in the same environment under the same temperature and humidity conditions, and fed with 5% honey water.The results showed that the rearing space had significant effects on the longevity and reproductive performance of adult armyworms.Under the condition of 40 cm×40 cm×45cm cage, the oviposition period was the shortest(2.83 days) and the total oviposition was the highest(5 220.66).Under the condition of 50 cm×50 cm×55 cm cage, the total oviposition was the highest(33 933.60),and the oviposition period was the longest(6.8 days).Treatment C: 60 cm×60 cm×65cm had the highest total oviposition(30 452.70)and the longest female adult life(13.44 days).Treatment D: 70 cm×70 cm×75 cm had the highest total oviposition 27 863.20 eggs),and the lifespan of male adults was the longest(10.78 days).The comprehensive analysis showed that the breeding ability of armyworm would be reduced if the feeding space was too large or too small, and the cage with 50 cm×50 cm×55 cm was suitable for feeding.
