通辽市畜禽养殖污染源普查报告

General Survey Report of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Pollution Sources in Tongliao City

为了解农业污染源数量、结构和分布状况,建立健全农业污染源档案和环境统计数据库,加强污染源监管、改善农业环境质量、防控环境风险、服务环境,为发展综合决策提供依据,此次普查以通辽市各旗县(市区)规模养殖场为重点,结合散养户抽查的方式调查养殖业污染情况,依据普查结果,笔者对存在的问题给出几点建议,以期在成本合理的情况下削弱对环境的影响。

To understand the status of the agricultural pollutant quantity, structure and distribution, establish and improve the agricultural pollution source files and statistical database environment, strengthen the supervision of pollution sources,improvement of agricultural environmental quality, prevention and control risk, service environment, provide a basis for the development of the comprehensive decision-making, the census to zhuhai every flag county(city) scale farms as the key point,Based on the survey results, this paper gives some suggestions on the existing problems in order to reduce the impact on the environment under the condition of reasonable cost.
