对分课堂在高职《禽生产》课程教学中的运用——基于能力本位教育观的视域

Application of PAD Class in the Course Teaching of Poultry Production in Higher Vocational Colleges——From the Perspective of Competency-based Education

摘要 能力本位的教育观正是素质教育在职业教育的体现,强调学生个体职业能力的培养。该文以高职《禽生产》课程为例,引入对分课堂教学模式,充分利用校内养殖场,构建职业情景,经过“获取-反思-内化-实践”,使培养目标“一体化”,学生不仅具备专业能力,还具备方法能力和社会能力。 Competency-based education view is the embodiment of quality education in vocational education which emphasizes the cultivation of individual vocational ability. Taking the course of Poultry Production in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper applys the teaching mode of PAD classes, uses the on-campus breeding farm to construct a career scenario. The integration of training objectives has been achieved by acquisition,reflection, internalization and practice so that students can be equipped with not only professional ability, but also method ability and social ability.
