全真育人模式提升高职畜牧兽医专业毕业生就业质量的实践研究

衡水职业技术学院畜牧兽医教学团队提出的“真场景、真实习、真项目、真评价——校厂合作”全真育人新模式,历经研究与实践,在促进畜牧兽医专业毕业生就业质量方面取得了一定成绩。该文从研究背景分析入手,找准创新点,提出了解决问题的措施。

The "true scene, true practice, true project, true evaluation--school-factory cooperation" new model of whole-truth education put forward by the teaching team of Animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in Hengshui Vocational and Technical College has achieved certain achievements in promoting the employment quality of graduates of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine through research and practice. This paper starts with the analysis of the research background, finds out the innovation point, and puts forward the measures to solve the problem.
