宠物平胃散处方湿粮配方及制作工艺研究

Study on Wet Grain Formula and Production Technology of Pet Pingwei Powder

犬湿粮一般是以动物类食材为主要成分,含水量较高,适用于不爱喝水的犬或新陈代谢速度慢的老年犬;平胃散在宠物临床上主要用于食后腹胀、脾胃消化不好、食欲不佳的犬猫,但是中药煎煮费时费力,不方便携带、运输、服用,由于中药的苦味适口性不佳,制作成湿粮能有效改善上述缺点。本研究制作的产品主要成分有平胃散超声提取液、肉类、蔬菜、动物肝脏及维生素、矿物质等构成;将上述原料按照工艺流程顺序粉碎搅拌,肉类和蔬菜分别洗净控水粉碎,加入维生素和矿物质搅拌均匀,蒸好放凉冷却,放置包装机中包装为成品。本产品性质稳定,保质期时间长,适口性好营养丰富,犬食用后排便正常,对宠物慢性胃肠道疾病有良好的治疗作用。

Dog wet food is generally based on animal ingredients with high water content,which is suitable for dogs that do not like drinking water or elderly dogs with slow metabolism;Pingwei Powder is mainly used in pets clinically for dogs and cats with abdominal distension after eating,poor digestion of spleen and stomach,and poor appetite. However,Chinese medicine decoction is time-consuming,laborious and inconvenient to carry,transport and take. Because of the bitter taste and poor palatability of Chinese medicine,making wet food can effectively improve the above shortcomings The main components of the products made in this study are ultrasonic extract of Pingwei Powder,meat,vegetables,animal liver and vitamins and minerals;Crushing and stirring the raw materials according to the technological process sequence,washing meat and vegetables respectively,controlling water,crushing,adding vitamins and minerals,stirring evenly,steaming,cooling,placing in a packaging machine and packaging into finished products;This product is stable in nature,long in shelf life,good in palatability and rich in nutrition,and has a good therapeutic effect on chronic gastrointestinal diseases of pets.
