奶牛子宫内膜炎致病菌的分离鉴定与治疗

摘要 奶牛子宫内膜是奶牛繁殖系统一种常见的疾病,严重影响奶牛的经济价值。临床症状主要为精神萎靡、食欲不振以及阴门部流出大量水样分泌物。通过对新疆某规模化奶牛场中1头奶牛进行临床基础检查,初步诊断为子宫内膜炎,采集其子宫内容物,进行细菌分离纯化培养、涂片、革兰氏染色、镜检、生化鉴定及致病性实验并使用抗生素进行药物治疗。分离到的细菌有2种,第1种细菌革兰氏染色结果为阳性,细菌形态为球状,呈葡萄状排列;第2种细菌革兰氏染色结果为阳性,细菌形态为球状,呈链状排列,生化鉴定中过氧化氢、七叶苷等试验中二者导致的结果有所区别,在致病性实验中两者皆未导致小鼠死亡,对小鼠的致病性较弱,为表面葡萄球菌和乳房链球菌,在使用青霉素进行治疗时未表现出较好的治疗效果,头孢噻呋钠治疗效果较明显。 Cow endometrium is a common disease in cow reproductive system,which seriously affects the economic value of cows.The main clinical symptoms were mental depression,anorexia and a large amount of watery secretions from the vulva.Through the clinical basic examination of a cow in a large-scale dairy farm in Xinjiang,the preliminary diagnosis of endometritis was made.The uterine contents were collected,the bacteria wereisolated,purified and cultured,smeared,Gram staining,microscopic examination,biochemical identification and pathogenicity tests were carried out,and antibiotics were used for drug treatment.Two kinds of bacteria were isolated.The first kind of bacteria was Gram positive,and the bacteria were spherical and arranged in grape shape;The Gram staining result of the second kind of bacteria is positive.The bacteria are spherical and arranged in a chain.The results of hydrogen peroxide,esculin and other tests in biochemical identification are different.In the pathogenicity test,neither of the two causes death in mice.The pathogenicity of the two bacteria to mice is weak.They are Staphylococcus superficialis and Streptococcus uberis.They do not show good therapeutic effect when penicillin is used for treatment,Ceftiofur sodium has obvious therapeutic effect.
