农村中小型规模猪场免疫程序制定探讨

Preparation of Immunization Procedures for Rural Small and Medium-sized Pig Farms

针对农村中小型规模猪场现行免疫程序不合理,仍有疫病发生的状况,在指导规模猪场生猪疫病防控工作中,通过改进和完善免疫程序,经1年的实施后,在3个采用新免疫程序的猪场随机选择不同生长阶段种公猪及后备公猪10头,种母猪及后备母猪20头、仔猪20头、育肥猪20头,合计210份血样进行免疫抗体监测。结果发现主要免疫病种猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、猪口蹄疫O型、猪伪狂犬病,免疫抗体阳性率分别达93.33%、84.76%、90.48%、87.62%,均达到国家规定的标准,说明该免疫程序能帮助中小型规模猪场有效地预防上述4种疫病。

For rural small and medium-sized scale pig current immunization program is not reasonable,still have disease in the guiding scale pig pig disease prevention and control work,by improving and perfecting the immune program,after a year of implementation,the three new immunization program farms rando mLy selected different growth stage boars and backup boars 10,the sow and gilt 20,20 piglets,fattening pigs 20 head,total 210 blood samples for immune antibody monitoring. The results found that the main immune diseases of swine fever,swine breeding and respiratory syndrome,swine foot-and-mouth disease type O,and swine pseudorabies reached 93.33%,84.76%,90.48% and 87.62% respectively,all of which reached the national standards,indicating that the immunization procedure can help small and medium-sized pig farms to effectively prevent the above four diseases.
