Cultural Policy under the Background of Chinese Modernization

中华民族的伟大复兴应以中国式现代化全面推进为前提条件,这是习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出的重要论述。目前,我国社会主义现代化建设已翻开了全新的篇章,围绕中国式现代化的发展特色、发展原则、发展战略,作为文化未来发展、制定政策的内核。党的十八大以来,我国文化政策有了很大变化并取得了诸多成果,为我们党在新时代文化建设中积累了经验,在此基础上,从时代内涵和价值引领两个方面解读中国式现代化道路,进一步深化探讨未来文化政策的发展方向:坚持党的领导,以人民为中心的发展思想贯穿始终;以文化产业高质量发展,丰富中国式现代化时代内涵;推动文化和旅游深度融合,助力共同富裕;深化公共文化服务均等化,优化公共文化服务效能;加大文物与文化遗产保护,弘扬优秀传统文化;坚守底线,进一步强调文艺创作的人民性;坚守中华文化立场,增强中华文明传播力影响力;进一步夯实文化安全,助力文化强国建设。

The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation should be based on the comprehensive promotion of Chi⁃nese modernization,which is one of the important instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the Re⁃port to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,China has opened a new chap⁃ter in the socialist modernization drive,which requires us to take the Chinese characteristics,major principles,strategic arrangements,and essential requirements of Chinese modernization as the core of policy formulation and cultural development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our culture policy have many changes and achievements,which gain the experience in the new era of cultural construction.On this basis,we can analyse the Chinese modernization from the two aspects of era connotation and value guid⁃ance,and further explore the development direction of future cultural policy.We must uphold the leadership of the Party and the thought of people-centered development throughout.We will promote the high-quality devel⁃opment of cultural industries and the deep integration of culture and tourism to contribute to common prosperi⁃ty.We will deepen equal access to public cultural services.We will strengthen the protection of cultural relics and heritage.Stick to the bottom line and further emphasize the popular nature of literary and artistic creation.We will uphold the position of Chinese culture and increase the spreading power and influence of Chinese civili⁃zation.We will strengthen cultural security and help build China into a strong cultural country.
