摘要
近年来,伴随我国社会经济的高速发展,不同类型的犯罪案件层出不穷,对一线公安干警的身体素质、执法能力提出了更高要求。特别是在面对极端危险的情况下,公安干警需要针对罪犯的心理及情绪、外部动作行为,及时做出安抚和对抗等反应,因而,如何培养警察过硬的心理素质、强健的身体体魄,成为警察日常体育训练关注的重要问题。通过从A院校警察人员的血压、心率、肺活量等要素出发,探讨多数警察主体的身体素质状况、体育训练发展现状,提出短跑、往返跑、仰卧起坐、引体向上、俯卧撑、立定跳远等的训练策略,加强警察人员速度、耐力、爆发力的专项科学训练,从而提高警察在面对危险时的身体素质、瞬时战斗力。
In recent years,the rapid development of my country’s social economy has led to an endless stream of different types of criminal cases,and it has also put forward higher requirements for the physical quality and law enforcement ability of front-line public security officers.Especially in the face of extreme danger,public security officers need to respond to the criminals’psychology,emotions,and external actions in a timely manner to appease and confront them.Therefore,how to cultivate the police’s excellent psychological quality and strong physical fitness becomes the daily routine of the police.Important issues for physical training concerns.Based on the factors such as blood pressure,heart rate,vital capacity and other factors of police officers in A colleges and universities,this paper discusses the physical fitness status of most police officers and the development status of physical training,and proposes sprinting,back-and-forth running,sit-ups,pull-ups,push-ups,standing long jumps and other training strategies,strengthen the special scientific training of police officers’speed,endurance,and explosiveness,so as to improve the police’s physical fitness and instantaneous combat effectiveness in the face of danger.
