胍基乙酸改善畜禽肉品质的研究进展

Advance in Guanidinoacetic Acid on Meat Quality of Livestock Animal

胍基乙酸是一种氨基酸,在动物体内有部分合成。作为一种新型饲料添加剂,胍基乙酸具有促进激素释放、改变物质代谢、调控糖酵解、促进肌纤维发育和调节体内氧化-抗氧化状态等生理功能,与机体能量状态的调节密切相关,可促进畜禽生长发育、提高饲料转化效率、改善肉品质等,目前已被广泛应用到畜禽生产中。本文综述了胍基乙酸的生物学功能及其改善畜禽肉品质的效果和机制,以期为胍基乙酸在畜禽生产上的应用提供理论依据。

Guanidinoacetic acid(GAA) is an amino acid, which is partially synthesized in animals. As a new feed additive,it has many physiological functions, such as promoting hormone release, changing substance metabolism, regulating glycolysis, promoting muscle fiber development and regulating oxidation-antioxidation state in vivo, which is closely related to the regulation of energy state of the body, promoting the growth and development of livestock animals, improving feed conversion efficiency, improving meat quality and so on, and has been widely used in livestock animals production at present.In this paper, the biological functions of guanidinoacetic acid, and its effect and mechanism of improving meat quality of livestock animals was reviewed, in order to provide theoretical basis for the study of guanidinoacetic acid in livestock animals production.
