摘要
微量元素硒的营养作用主要是以谷胱甘肽过氧化酶形式发挥抗氧化作用,硒与维生素E具有协同正效应;同时硒参与辅酶A和辅酶Q的合成以促进动物生产性能发挥,但硒的作用机制仍需进一步探究。本文综述了硒在提高反刍动物抗氧化性能、免疫水平、繁殖性能等方面的作用,为硒在反刍动物生产中应用提供参考。
The nutritional function of selenium is mainly in the form of glutathione peroxidase to implement antioxidant.Synergistic positive effect will be appeared with selenium and vitamin E. Selenium is involved in the synthesis of coenzyme A and coenzyme Q to promote the performance of animals as well. In this paper, the effects of selenium on improving antioxidant performance, immune level and reproduction performance were reviewed, in order to provides reference for the application of selenium in ruminant production.
