摘要
蛋氨酸羟基类似物异丙酯的化学结构为2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸异丙酯(HMBi)。反刍动物瘤胃微生物可降解部分蛋白质氨基酸,因此蛋氨酸在生产上应用受限。蛋氨酸类似物能有效地保护蛋氨酸,可作为蛋氨酸添加剂使用,可调控毛囊的生长发育,提高动物的生产性能。本文总结了HMBi在动物体内的降解和代谢途径、对动物毛囊毛发生长的影响及其可能的调控毛囊生长发育机制,旨在为通过营养调控手段改善动物毛皮品质提供一定的理论参考价值。
The chemical structure of methionine hydroxyl analogue isopropyl ester is 2-hydroxy-4-(methylthio) butanoic acid isopropyl ester. Due to the degradation of amino acids by rumen microbiota, the application of methionine in ruminant production is limited. As methionine additive, methionine analogues can effectively protect dietary methionine and hence may regulate the growth and development of hair follicles, and further improve the production performance. This paper summarizes the degradation and metabolism process of HMBi in animals, its effects on the growth of animal hair follicles, and the possible mechanism of regulating the growth and development of hair follicles. This review aimed to provide a theoretical reference for improving the quality of animal fur through nutritional regulation.
