摘要
摒弃西方已然成型的管理学体系标杆,回归管理学的本义应然型体系标杆,基于管理学的思想性、实践性、系统性、科学性、时代性五个标准,进行了伦理儒学的本义管理学演进路径和学科本质分析。研究表明,儒学本身充溢着丰富的本义管理说思想光芒,汉武帝的“独尊儒术”则使其获得了借助国家治理体系的管理实践机会,《大学》的基本架构勾勒和其他儒学经典的有机溶解实现了本义管理学的系统性建构,儒学重点关注人本的立场天然地赋予了其科学性进而历史穿越性和普世适用性,而儒学非神性的开放性特征又使其获得了与时俱进的现代性。伦理的儒学向着本义管理学逐步迈进并达到了这五个标准,最终具备了本义管理学的学科本质,实现了管理科学向度的嬗变。这恰恰也是中国本土管理学体系建构和逻辑挖掘的必备过程。
Abandoning the existing western management system benchmark and returning to the original management system benchmark,this paper analyzes the evolution path and discipline essence of ethical Confucianism in the original-meaning management theory based on ideological,practical,systematic,scientific and epochal standards.The research shows that Confucianism itself is full of the light of original-meaning management theory:the“exclusive Confucianism”in Han Dynasty provides it with the opportunity of management practice with the help of national governance system;the structure outline of Daxue and the organic integration with other Confucian classics have realized its systematic construction;human-oriented position naturally endows it with scientific nature,historical traversal and universal applicability;while the confuciansm openess with the non-theology features enclows it the moder.Ethical Confucianism fulfilling these five standards has gradually stepped toward the original-meaning management,and finally has the discipline essence and evolved toward management science.This is actually the necessary process for the systematic construction and logical mining of China’s native management.
