摘要
通过对反渗透膜、保安过滤器内壁及滤芯污染物的元素分析,判断某反渗透系统膜、保安过滤器运行压差高的污染类型是无机杂质及微生物混合污染;通过对超滤系统水中颗粒物、SDI值检测,判断超滤断丝引起无机杂质穿透,SBS加药过量会造成反渗透前的管道中厌氧菌大量生长;通过处理超滤断丝解决无机杂质穿透问题,调整SBS加药量可抑制厌氧菌生长问题。
The element analysis of pollutants on the inner wall of the reverse osmosis membrane and the cartridge filter element indicated that,the high operating differential pressure of reverse osmosis system and cartridge filter was caused by the mixed pollution of inorganic impurities and microorganisms.The detection of particulate matter and SDI value in the water of ultrafiltration system proved that,the broken ultrafiltration wire caused the penetration of inorganic impurities,and excessive dosing of SBS would result in a large number of anaerobic bacteria in the pipeline before reverse osmosis.The problem of inorganic impurity penetration was solved by treating the ultrafiltration broken silk,and the growth of anaerobic bacteria could be inhibited by adjusting the dosage of SBS.
