构建新发展格局和数字经济发展均是推动高质量发展的重大战略部署,也是新征程走深走好中国式现代化的重要实践方案。但是如何实践好这两大重要方案呢?推动这两大方案的互促性发展成为重要举措。之所以如此,主要在于新发展格局与数字经济具有不断谱写马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化新篇章的理论创新动力、相互促动发展空间延展的可能和相互引领的优势等互促性发展的内在机理。同时,二者的互促性发展也是适应中国式现代化新征程经济治理创新的实践要求、落实全面建设社会主义现代化国家首要任务的现实需要和彰显中国式现代化的主要特征的实践必然。基于此,通过构建新发展格局与数字经济互促的联动机制、筑牢新发展格局与数字经济互促的根基、明确新发展格局与数字经济互促的价值导向三个精准路径助力二者的互促性发展。
