在传统工业经济时代中,商业竞争的主要模式为价格战,而近些年来,数字经济开始进入大众视野,导致商业模式发生了根本性颠覆,即商业竞争的核心要素转变为对算法、数据的掌控与应用,而随着以上竞争要素的出现与明确,新型垄断行为也应运而生。数据信息规模以及资金等众多因素成为了市场竞争中的主要考察点,平台型企业必须同时兼具以上两大优势,方可在市场竞争中占据有利地位,而因此也导致其他中小企业面临发展阻碍与市场限制,使得市场难以维系良性的发展状态。立足于平台型企业推行垄断政策的现实状况,分析当前平台型企业的发展障碍,旨在探究其导致因素,从而为平台型企业反垄断治理问题设计合理的解决方案,为推动平台型企业保持健康发展的态势提供有效参考。

In the era of traditional industrial economy,the main mode of business competition is price war.In recent years,the digital economy has begun to enter the public view,brought a fundamental subversion of business models,that is,the core elements of business competition have changed to control and application of algorithms and data.With the emergence and clarification of the above elements of competition,new types of monopoly behavior also emerged.Such as data information scale and capital have become the main points of investigation in market competition.in order to occupy a favorable position in the market competition,platform enterprises must have both of the two advantages.Therefore,some small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with development obstacles and market restrictions,making it difficult for the market to maintain a benign development status.Based on the reality of platform enterprises implementing monopoly policies,this paper analyzes the current obstacles to the development of platform enterprises,aims to explore its leading factors,designs reasonable solutions for the anti-monopoly problem of platform enterprises and provides effective suggestions for promoting the healthy development of platform enterprises.
