聚氨酯自结皮泡沫技术进展

摘要 以发泡剂替代为线索,对聚氨酯(PU)自结皮技术进展进行了概述,介绍了自结皮泡沫塑料发泡技术所经历的CFC-11发泡体系、HCFC发泡体系、全水发泡体系及其他特种发泡体系,并对每种体系的皮层厚度及环保特性进行了对比。根据目前市场的需求热点,对PU自结皮泡沫的低密度化和环保性发展状况进行了介绍。 The progress of polyurethane(PU)self-skinning technology was summarized,focusing on the substitution of foaming agents.The CFC-11 foaming system,HCFC foaming system,all water foaming system and other special foaming systems used for self-skinning technology were introduced.The skin thickness and eco-friendly features of each system were compared.The low density and environment protective performance of PU self-skinning foam were introduced according to the current market demand.
