摘要 以混合二醇和助剂配制组合料(A料),以混合二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成了异氰酸酯预聚体(B料),A、B料混合浇注制备了轨道用WJ-8B型聚氨酯弹性垫板。探究了A料水分、A/B料混合比例、浇注量、模温和熟化环境温度等工艺参数对弹性垫板拉伸性能、静刚度、压缩永久变形和收缩率的影响。结果表明,当A料水分为0.18%、A/B料混合质量比为100∶90、浇注量为340 g、模温为65℃、在烘道中时间为15 min、23℃后熟化12 h时,弹性垫板综合性能最佳,其拉伸强度大于3.2 MPa,压缩永久变形约3.23%,静刚度在23.4 kN/mm左右,收缩率约0.77%,尺寸稳定性优良。 The component A was prepared with mixed oligomer diols and additives, the component B was synthesized with the mixed oligomer diols and diphenylmethane diisocyanate, the WJ-8 B polyurethane elastic pads for rail were prepared. The effects of the water content in component A, A/B mixing ratio, casting weight, mold temperature and post-curing environment temperature on the tensile property, static stiffness, compression set and shrinkage of the WJ-8 B PU pads were investigated. The results showed that the PU elastic pad had best comprehensive performance when the water content of component A was 0.18%, A/B mass ratio was 100∶90, casting weigh was 340 g, mold temperature was 65 ℃ and heating time was 15 minutes, the post-curing was at 23 ℃*12 hours. The tensile strength was greater than 3.2 MPa, compression set was about 3.23%, static stiffness was around 23.4 kN/mm, the shrinkage rate was about 0.77% and the dimensional stability were good.
