一体板用高强度聚氨酯微发泡胶的研究

摘要 以复配多元醇、填料、发泡剂等为A组分,改性MDI为B组分,制备了聚氨酯微发泡胶。研究了多元醇、发泡剂、填料、稳泡剂、分散剂、催化剂对聚氨酯微发泡胶性能的影响。结果表明:以聚氧化丙烯多元醇和改性蓖麻油多元醇复配使用效果较好;发泡剂水的质量分数为0.3%时,固化时发泡适度,满足一体板的使用要求;填料为80份重质碳酸钙和20份纳米碳酸钙组成的复配物,并添加2份分散剂时,微发泡胶A组分的防沉降效果最好,同时具有良好的流动性;稳泡剂添加2%以上时,发泡后的胶不发生塌陷;催化剂为改性有机铋时,微发泡胶的储存性能优异。所制得的微发泡胶剪切强度可以达到16.3 MPa。 Polyurethane microfoaming adhesive was prepared with polyols, fillers and foaming agent as component A and modified MDI as component B. The effects of polyol, foaming agent, filler, foam stabilizer, dispersant and catalyst on the properties of polyurethane microfoaming adhesive were studied. The results showed that the combination of poly(propylene oxide) polyol and modified castor oil polyol had better effect. When the foaming agent was 0.3% in weight, the foaming was moderate during curing and met the requirement of integrated board. Component A had the best anti-sedimentation and better fluidity when the filler was composed with 80 parts heavy calcium carbonate and 20 parts nano-calcium carbonate, and adding 2 parts dispersant. After adding foam stabilizer with the amount of more than 2%, the foam did not collapse. When the catalyst was modified organic bismuth, the storage property of the adhesive was excellent. The shear strength of the prepared microfoam adhesive could reach 16.3 MPa.
