基于归一化算法的教学质量评价研究

Research on Teaching Quality Evaluation based on Normalization Algorithm

教学质量评价是教学过程中的一个重要环节。在学生问卷调查和师生访谈的基础上,针对目前量化评教中存在的主观因素干扰问题,提出利用归一化算法对评教数据进行科学处理,最大化消除主观因素的影响,使量化结果更具科学性和指导性。此外,提出兼顾定性和定量评教的综合教学质量评价理念,加大教学过程评价和学习成果导向评价力度,全方位提高教学质量,真正培养出为社会所需要的高素质技能型人才。

Teaching quality evaluation is an important link in teaching process.On the basis of student questionnaires and interviews with teachers-students,this study proposes a normalization algorithm to scientifically process the evaluation data in view of the interference of subjective factors in the current quantitative evaluation of teaching.The influence of subjective factors is eliminated to make quantitative results more scientific and instructive.In addition,the concept of comprehensive teaching quality evaluation considering both qualitative and quantitative evaluation is proposed.At the same time,the teaching process evaluation and learning achievement oriented evaluation should be strengthened to improve the teaching quality in an all-round way so as to truly cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the society.
