摘要
跨文化“第三空间”理念倡导在深度理解和融合包容本族语和目的语基础之上建立一种对多元文化理解、接受及创新运用的空间模式。该空间模式正好契合大学英语教学的终极目标,即通过扎实的语言知识的积累、丰富的多元文化知识的接触、良好的思维品质的培养,塑造“第三空间”跨文化身份,继承和发扬优秀文化,顺利实现跨文化交际。反观大学英语课程实现跨文化教育的三重困境,探索从聚焦双向交流、充分考虑多元文化输入的比重,聚焦实践应用、充分考虑语言交际任务的比重,聚焦讲好中国故事、合理安排中国文化的比重三个方面重构与重建大学英语课程内容,为大学英语课程建设提供借鉴。
The concept of intercultural“Third Space”advocates the establishment of a spatial model of multi-cultural understanding,acceptance and innovation based on deep understanding and integration between native and target languages.This spatial model is exactly in line with the ultimate goal of college English teaching,namely,to shape the intercultural identity of the“Third Space”upon multicultural inheritance and development through the accumulation of solid language knowledge,rich multicultural knowledge and good thinking quality development,and finally to realize the smooth intercultural communication.Starting from the problems in cross-cultural education in college English curriculum implementation,this paper refactored and reconstructed the content of college English teaching in the following three aspects:full consideration of the multicultural input with emphasis on rational proportion of two-way communication,full consideration of the enough proportion of language communication task with emphasis on practical application and full consideration of reasonable arrangement of the proportion of Chinese culture with emphasis on good Chinese stories,providing reference for college English course construction.
