城市既有社区公共空间适老性评价研究——以南昌市杨家厂社区为例

Study on the Assessment of Urban Existing Community Public Space Aging——Taking the Yangjiachang Community of Nanchang as an Example

我国当前的城市社区公共空间存在诸多不足,尤其是建设年代较早的既有社区,大多都无法满足老年群体的差异化需求,严重降低了老年人晚年生活品质。基于此,结合调研数据,运用AHP法建立南昌市杨家厂社区公共空间适老性评价指标体系,并构建了比较矩阵,计算出各层级指标的权重。再根据AHP法得出的影响因素排名,并从社区公共空间的便利性、安全性、舒适性、服务性以及情感性视角提出针对性的优化策略。

There are many shortcomings in the current community public space in China,especially in the early construction of existing communities,most of them can not meet the differentiated needs of the elderly groups,which seriously reduces the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.Based on this,combined with the investigation data,the AHP method is used to establish the evaluation index system of the suitability of public space in Yangjiachang community in Nanchang City,and the comparison matrix is constructed to calculate the weight of each level index.According to the ranking of influencing factors obtained by the AHP method,this paper puts forward a targeted optimization strategy from the perspective of convenience,safety,comfort,service and emotion of community public space.
