江西省专利工作从数量规模型向质量效益型提升转型过程中,推进专利运营体系建设是关键任务和重要目标。首先界定了专利运营相关核心概念,梳理了专利运营体系研究现状;其次分析了江西省专利运营体系的现状,洞悉了存在的问题和不足;最后从专利运营中介服务体系、商用化金融专项行动、人才队伍建设和社会氛围营造等几方面提出相关对策建议。

It is a key task and goal to promote the construction of patent operation system during the transformation of patent work in Jiangxi Province from quantitative model to quality and benefit model.Firstly,the core concepts related to patent operation are defined,and the research status of patent operation system is summarized.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of patent operation system in Jiangxi Province,and the existing problems and shortcomings are analyzed.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures and proposals from several aspects.,such as patent operation intermediary service system,commercial financial special action,talent team construction and social atmosphere construction.
