高职院校艺术设计类校企合作实践探究——基于“醉美文创设计中心”

校企合作是学校与企业建立的一种合作育人模式,是职业教育改革和发展的重要方向。漳州职业技术学院与厦门醉美环境艺术工程有限公司合作建设的“醉美文创设计中心”,建立了一套完整的规章制度,按照公司运行模式进行管理,实施双导师育人机制,使学生在学院导师和企业师傅的指导下完成实际的设计项目,从而提升了学生的实践技能水平,实现学生与就业岗位的有效对接,满足了设计公司的人才需求。

The school enterprise cooperation is a kind of cooperation mode established by the school and the enterprise,which is an important direction of the reform and development of vocational education.The"Zuimei Cultural and Creative Design Center"jointly built by Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College and Xiamen Zuimei Environmental Art Engineering Co.,Ltd.has established a complete set of rules and regulations,managed in accordance with the company's operation mode,and implemented a double tutor education mechanism,so that students can complete the actual design projects under the guidance of college tutors and enterprise masters,thus improving students'practical skills and realizing the effective connection between students and jobs,it meets the talent needs of the design company.
