依托示范园结对帮扶促进教师专业成长探索

摘要 示范园结对帮扶工作为青年教师的专业化成长奠定了良好基础,在培养优秀教师的过程中可以充分发挥名教师队伍的示范带头作用,通过以老带新的方式引导全体教师树立正确的教育教学观念,同时有效提高受援园教师的职业道德素养与专业教学水平。文章概述示范园结对帮扶的内涵及特点,研究示范园结对帮扶促进教师专业成长的结合模式,提出依托示范园结对帮扶促进教师专业成长的策略与途径,阐述示范园结对帮扶促进教师专业成长取得的成效,旨在为示范园结对帮扶工作的落实提供理论参考。 The twinning support work in the demonstration park has laid a good foundation for the professional growth of young teachers.In the process of cultivating excellent teachers,we can give full play to the exemplary and leading role of famous teachers,guide all teachers to establish a correct education and teaching concept through the old leading the new,and effectively improve the professional ethics and professional teaching level of the teachers in the supported park.The article outlines the connotation and characteristics of the pairing assistance in the demonstration park,studies the combination mode of pairing assistance in the demonstration park to promote teachers'professional growth,proposes strategies and ways to promote teachers'professional growth relying on the pairing assistance in the demonstration park,and expounds the effects of pairing assistance in the demonstration park to promote teachers'professional growth,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the implementation of pairing assistance in the demonstration park.
