摘要
高中阶段的学生已经具备一定的自我意识和自主能力,教师不能再通过耳提面命的方式对其进行引导和教育。教师应将核心素养与自主管理有效融合,以此促进学生自主学习、管理和成长,有效落实“立德树人”根本任务。在实践中,教师可以引导学生通过学习管理、参与班级管理、参与校园文化建设等方式逐步提高自主管理能力。学生的自主管理能力提高后,其核心素养也会随之提升,素质教育目标也会在这个过程中得以实现。
The students in senior middle school have already possessed a certain degree of self-awareness and autonomy,and teachers can no longer guide and educate them by the way of"face to face".Teachers should effectively integrate core competence and self-management,so as to promote students'self-study,management and growth,and effectively implement the fundamental task of"foster character and civic virtue".In practice,teachers can guide students to gradually improve their self-management ability by learning management,participating in class management,and participating in campus culture construction.With the improvement of students'self-management ability,their core competence will also be improved,and the goal of quality education will also be achieved in this process.
