“三全育人”视域下高职院校文化育人策略研究

Research on Cultural Education Strategy in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Three Complete Education"

高职院校文化育人需要抓住传统经典文化、校园文化、企业文化,并在主流文化引导下,达成健康文化精准供给,形成“全员文化育人、全过程文化育人、全方位文化育人”的机制,要保证学生成长为爱党、爱国、爱社会主义、爱人民、爱校园,有担当、有理想、有道德、有文化、有创新的社会主义接班人。“三全育人”视域下高职院校文化育人的具体策略有培养双师型队伍、构建文化课程体系、整合并优化文化资源。

The cultural education of higher vocational colleges needs to grasp the traditional classic culture,campus culture,and corporate culture,and under the guidance of mainstream culture,achieve the accurate supply of healthy culture,form a mechanism of"all staff culture education,whole process culture education,and all-round culture education",and ensure that students grow up to love the party,love the country,love socialism,love the people,love the campus,and have responsibilities,ideals,ethics,culture,innovative successors to socialism.The specific strategies of cultural education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of"three complete education"are to cultivate a double qualified team,build a cultural curriculum system,and integrate and optimize cultural resources.
