论如何引导医学生正确处理临床实习和考研的关系

当前,很多医学生在临床实习和考研之间难以抉择,使得矛盾比较突出,之所以会出现这样一种情况,主要是因为二者的时间相对重叠,医学生精力有限、分身乏术。要想引导广大医学生妥善处理临床实习与考研之间的矛盾,医学院校和医疗机构需要从多个方面着手,引导医学生树立正确的事业观、学业观,能够很好地兼顾临床实习和考研。文章针对上述问题展开论述,以期为广大教育工作者、医务人员带来参考,辅助医学院校及医疗机构更好地引导医学生开展临床实习,进行课程改革、教学设计。

At present,many medical students are difficult to choose between clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination,which makes the contradiction more prominent.The main reason for this situation is that the time of the two is relatively overlapped,and medical students have limited energy and lack of separation skills.In order to guide the majority of medical students to properly handle the contradiction between clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination,medical colleges and medical institutions need to start from many aspects to guide medical students to establish a correct outlook on career and study,which can give good consideration to clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination.The article discusses the above problems in order to provide reference for the majority of educators and medical personnel,assist medical colleges and medical institutions to better guide medical students to carry out clinical practice,and carry out curriculum reform and teaching design.
