高职院校90后思政课教师能力提升论析

Discuss on the Ability Improvement of Post-90s Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前高职90后思政课教师在知识能力、教书育人能力、科研能力方面存在很多不足,需要着重提升。高职院校90后思政课教师要从自身能力建设角度出发,坚定马克思主义信仰,以马克思主义信仰筑牢思想之基,提升人格魅力;在讲深、讲透、讲活思政课上下功夫,不断提升教学能力;注重总结反思,以实践促科研,以科研指导实践。高职院校要不断完善针对性的培训和激励制度,进行合理的资源配置,搭建平台,助力90后思政课教师能力的提升。

At present,the post-90s ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges have many deficiencies in knowledge ability,teaching and educating ability,and scientific research ability,which need to be improved.The post-90s ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges should,from the perspective of their own capacity building,strengthen their Marxist beliefs,build their ideological foundation with Marxist beliefs,and enhance their personality charm;work hard on deep,thorough and active ideological and political courses to continuously improve teaching ability;focus on summary and reflection,promote scientific research with practice,and guide practice with scientific research.Higher vocational colleges should constantly improve the targeted training and incentive system,carry out reasonable resource allocation,build a platform,and help the post-90s ideological and political teachers improve their ability.
