工匠精神在职业教育中的传承与发展研究

Research on the Inheritance and Development of Craftsman Spirit in Vocational Education

为推进新时代中国特色社会主义经济建设,职业院校必须将工匠精神培养作为终极目标,为社会培养更多的高技术人才和大国工匠,满足新时代对人才发展的要求。文章在对新时代工匠精神的古今内涵进行分析的基础上,对工匠精神丰富的一脉相承的内在逻辑及其具有的职业教育价值进行深入挖掘,并提出在中国职业教育体系中有效传承与发展新时代工匠精神的对策建议。

In order to promote the socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,vocational colleges must take the cultivation of craftsman spirit as the ultimate goal,cultivate more high-tech talents and great country craftsmen for the society,and meet the requirements of the new era for talent development.Based on the analysis of the ancient and modern connotation of the craftsman spirit in the new era,the article deeply explores the rich inherent logic of the craftsman spirit and its vocational education value,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for effectively inheriting and developing the craftsman spirit in the new era in China's vocational education system.
