现代中职会计教育新思路的探索

会计学是一门与经济、社会管理密切相关的学科,与各行各业都有联系。因此,中职学校要积极创新、变革,加强会计学科建设,打造一支高素质的教师队伍,以提高中职学生的综合职业能力,满足社会对会计人才的高标准要求。文章在分析中职会计专业的教学内容、重要性,中职学生应具备的关键能力,现代中职会计教育存在的问题的基础上,探究现代中职会计专业教育新思路:提升中职会计专业教师教学能力,使学生树立良好的会计职业观,突破“就业证”教育模式,使学生树立终身教育理念,实现会计职业可持续发展,建立多元教学评价体系,推动校本教材的编写设计。

Accounting is a subject closely related to economic and social management,and it is related to all walks of life.Therefore,secondary vocational schools should actively innovate and reform,strengthen the construction of accounting discipline,build a high-quality teaching team,so as to improve the comprehensive professional ability of secondary vocational students and meet the high standard requirements of society for accounting talents.Based on the analysis of the teaching content and importance of the accounting major in secondary vocational schools,the key abilities that secondary vocational students should have,and the problems existing in modern secondary vocational accounting education,the article explores the new ideas of modern secondary vocational accounting education:to improve the teaching ability of secondary vocational accounting teachers,establish students'good accounting professional outlook,break through the"employment certificate"education model,and enable students to establish the concept of lifelong education,realize the sustainable development of accounting profession,establish a diversified teaching evaluation system,and promote the compilation and design of school-based textbooks.
