非遗传承困境与地方高校人才培养体系构建探索

摘要 当前,非遗濒危的威胁比较明显,国家级、省级代表性传承人大多年事已高,难以广泛开展和推动非遗的保护和传承的实践活动。因此,相关高校有必要从人才、课程、社会三个维度去构建一套非遗传承人才培养体系,扩大非遗传承的群体,践行立德树人、服务社会、文化传承创新等职能要求,解决非遗代表性传承人断层、濒危速度加快,学校非遗传承的意识不足、课程资源开发不成体系、实践育人薄弱等方面的教学与育人问题。文章对非遗传承困境与地方高校人才培养体系构建进行探讨。 At present,the threat of the endangerment of intangible cultural heritage is quite obvious,and the national and provincial representative inheritors'congress has been busy for many years,so it is difficult to widely carry out and promote the practical activities of the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,it is necessary for relevant colleges and universities to build a talent training system for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage from the three dimensions of talent,curriculum and society,expand the population of intangible cultural heritage,practice the functional requirements of moral cultivation,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation,solve the fault of the representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,accelerate the speed of endangered,lack of awareness of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in schools,and lack of systematic development of curriculum resources,the teaching and education problems in the aspects of weak practical education.This paper discusses the dilemma of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and the construction of talent training system in local universities.
