摘要 部分地方高校在引进人才过程中,曾出现盲目引进人才、重学历职称、忽视人才引进的成本、重视引进而轻视培养、缺乏留住人才的措施等问题。文章针对目前地方高校引进人才的主要问题,从为什么要引进人才、地方高校引进人才存在的矛盾、未来地方高校引进人才政策的发展方向、对地方高校人才工作的建议等方面,探讨地方高校人才引进工作,以使地方高校人才引进有具体的规划,人才培养有明确的目标。 In the process of introducing talents,some local colleges and universities have encountered such problems as blind introduction of talents,emphasis on academic qualifications and professional titles,neglect of the cost of talent introduction,emphasis on introduction but neglect of training,and lack of measures to retain talents.Aiming at the main problems of talent introduction in local colleges and universities at present,this paper discusses the talent introduction in local colleges and universities from the following aspects:why to introduce talents,the contradictions existing in the introduction of talents in local colleges and universities,the development direction of the talent introduction policy in local colleges and universities in the future,and the suggestions for the talent work in local colleges and universities,so that there is a specific plan for the talent introduction in local colleges and universities,and there is a clear goal for talent training.
