校园旧衣回收服务优化设计

Optimization Design of Campus Used Clothes Recycling Service

为了优化校园旧衣回收服务,更新现有回收方式,通过回收共享的形式尽可能挖掘旧衣的二次价值。运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、观察与访谈法等方法,以西安市沣西新城内高校为例,梳理校园旧衣回收处理方式及回收需求,发现现在的回收服务有流向单一、经济附加值低、用户参与度低、跟踪反馈欠缺等问题。基于此,结合服务设计的基本理论,通过探寻校园旧衣回收及服装共享服务中的设计机会点,提出了旧衣回收共享思路,拓展了校园旧衣回收服务模式。设计实践中智能旧衣回收共享箱、“衣衣不舍”App等设计,满足了用户回收跟踪、旧衣共享变现等需求,实现了在线旧衣租赁或购买的功能,从而提升旧衣回收服务中用户体验的满意度。

In order to optimize the recycling service of used clothes on campus,update the existing recycling methods,and excavate the secondary value of used clothes as much as possible through recycling and sharing.This paper used the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,observation and interview,took colleges Fengxi new city of Xi'an as an example,sorted out the method and demand of recycling of used clothes on campus,and found the problems such as single flow direction,low added value,low user participation and lack of feedback tracking in the existing recycling services.View of these problems,combined with the basic theory of service design,this paper studied a new idea of recycling and sharing service of used clothes on campus,expanded the service mode of recycling used clothes on campus by exploring the design opportunities in the recycling and sharing services of used clothes.The design of intelligent used clothes recycling and sharing box and App meet the needs of users'recycling tracking and used clothes sharing and cashing,and realize online used clothes leasing or purchasing,thus improving the satisfaction of user experience in the used clothes recycling service.
