基于中国文化传统的教师反思模型构建——以《论语》研习中的教师反思为例

The Construction of Teacher Reflection Model from the Perspective of Chinese Cultural Tradition:A Case of Teacher’s Reflection on Studying the Analects of Confucius

摘要 教师反思作为教师专业发展最有效的途径之一,始终是教师教育研究领域的热点议题,但扎根于中国文化传统构建适合中国教师群体和文化环境的反思模型的研究相对较少。本研究参照西方经典的教师反思模型,基于中国文化传统中丰厚的有关反思的理论资源,采用扎根理论对100位参加百日线上《论语》学习项目的教师的反思日志进行分析,构建了中国文化传统视域下教师反思水平的“双层三阶段”模型和反思内容的“橄榄”模型,为后续中国教师反思的相关研究提供了新的视角和可供选择的理论模型。 As one of the most effective approaches for teacher professional development,teacher reflection has always been a hot topic in teacher education research.However,no research has been conducted to construct a reflective model based on Chinese cultural tradition that is suitable for Chinese teacher groups and cultural environments.Research regarding the western classical model of teachers’introspection,based on the rich traditional Chinese culture theory resources of reflection,using grounded theory to analyze 100 teachers’reflection dairies,build the“double layers-three stages”teacher reflection level model and the“olive”teacher reflection content model that based on the perspective of Chinese cultural tradition,which provides a new perspective and a theoretical model for the subsequent research on Chinese teacher reflection.
