南水北调安阳市西部调水工程位于安阳市殷都区、龙安区和林州市,是提高城镇供水保障,解决安阳市西部地区水资源短缺、优化水资源配置,建设的一项基础设施项目。南水北调安阳市西部调水管道工程穿越河道采用埋置式倒虹吸,两侧阀门井均位于河口线外,工程建成后,未改变河道河槽和滩地尺寸,不占用河道行洪断面,不降低现有河道行洪能力,河道均能满足20年一遇防洪要求。

The West Water Transfer Project of Anyang City of South-to-North Water Transfer is located in Yindu District, Long’an district and Linzhou city of Anyang City. It is an infrastructure project to improve the guarantee of urban water supply, solve the shortage of water resources in the west of Anyang City and optimize the allocation of water resources. The buried inverted siphon is adopted for the river crossing of the West Water Transfer Pipeline Project of Anyang City for the South to North Water Transfer Project, and the valve wells on both sides are located outside the estuary line. After the completion of the project, the size of the river channel and beach is not changed, the flood discharge section of the river channel is not occupied, and the flood discharge capacity of the existing river channel is not reduced. The river channel can meet the flood control requirements of 20-year return period.
