Analysis of Supply Chain management in Steel Trade Industry

文章主要研究钢贸行业中供应链公司的业务内容为切入点,利用系统分析的方法,在保持项目可行性的前提下,根据不同变量因素的变化对其进行区别化分析,从而建立起完整连贯的价值传导链条。文章主要借鉴银行压力测试的方法,通过数字建模,综合使用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,创新性地商业银行压力测试方法引入供应链金融中来,为供应链切入钢贸行业提供了新的思路与方法。文章通过分析钢贸行业和供应链背景,归纳总结背后的各种风险,从多个角度分析项目风险点,并建立相关风险测试模型,并结合案例论证在不同情景模式下,关键影响因素对项目的不同程度的影响。

Taking the business content of supply chain companies in the steel trade industry as the starting point, using the method of system analysis, under the premise of maintaining the feasibility of the project, a differentiated analysis is carried out according to the changes of different variable factors, so as to establish a complete and coherent value transmission chain. The method of bank stress testing is mainly used in this paper. By means of digital modeling and combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, the stress testing method of commercial banksis innovatively introduced into supply chain finance, which provides a new idea and method for supply chain to enter the steel trade industry. By analyzing the background of the steel trade industry and supply chain, the various risks behind are summarized in this paper. Combined with cases, it demonstrates the influence of key factors on the project to different degrees under different scenario modes.
