摘要
目的:设计一种新型万向空心钉锁定板,并进行力学性能研究。方法:设计一种股骨颈骨折的新型锁定钢板内固定系统,将样品分为两组,均含钢板,但固定方式不同。其中一组三枚空心锁钉平行固定;一组两枚分散固定,一枚平行固定。对各组进行静态抗扭转和抗压测试,与固定方式相同但无钢板的样品进行比较。结果:扭转方面,钢板显著优于无板;压缩方面,有板平行固定显著优于无板,但分散固定的两者无显著性差别。
Objective: To design a new type of universal hollow nail locking plate and study its mechanical properties.Methods:A novel locking plate internal fixation system for femoral neck fractures was designed.Samples were divided into two groups, both of which contained plates but were fixed in different ways.One set of three hollow locking nails fixed in parallel;A group of two pieces dispersed fixed, one parallel fixed.Static torsional and compressive tests were performed on each group and compared with samples fixed in the same manner but without steel plates.Results:The torsion of steel plate was significantly better than that of no plate.In terms of compression, parallel fixation with plates is significantly better than that without plates, but there is no significant difference between dispersed fixation and parallel fixation.
