降水现象仪期间核查方法及不确定度评定研究

摘要 降水现象仪是气象领域中用于观测降水类天气现象的新型自动化仪器,其测得值的准确性对气象监测、预报预警及气象服务等有着重要影响。本文阐述了降水现象仪的期间核查方法,构建了测量误差的测量模型,分析了其各不确定度来源,并针对粒径、粒速两项关键性指标给出了测量误差不确定度评定的方法。结果表明,降水现象仪测量不确定度主要来源于测量分辨率。该方法对降水现象仪核查结果可信度评定具有参考价值。 Precipitation phenomenon instrument is a new automatic instrument used to observe precipitation weather phenomena in the meteorological field.The accuracy of its measurement results has an important impact on meteorological monitoring, forecasting and early warning and meteorological services.This paper expounds the intermediate checks method of precipitation phenomenon instrument, constructs the model of measurement error, analyzes the sources of uncertainty, and gives the uncertainty evaluation method of measurement error according to the two key indexes of particle size and particle velocity.The results show that the measurement uncertainty mainly comes from the measurement resolution of the precipitation phenomenon instrument.This method has reference value for the reliability evaluation of the check results of precipitation phenomenon instrument.
