摘要
在研究机动车雷达测速仪现有检定规程的基础上,分析了实验室检定部分存在的分歧,分别从固定式和移动式两类测速仪检定方法的细节方面提出可行性操作。在实际道路测速中,发现多种因素影响最终测速结果,并提出相关的修正建议。依据检定规程并结合实际检定,在分析各影响不确定度因素的基础上,对测得值进行不确定度评定。结果表明,修正后的检定方法提高了不确定度评定的可靠性和科学性,具有一定的实际应用价值。
On the basis of studying the existing verification procedures of the motor vehicle radar velocimeter, this paper analyzes the bifurcated points existing in the laboratory verification part, and puts forward the feasible operation from the details of the verification methods of the stationary and mobile speedometer respectively.In the actual road speed measurement, it is found that many factors affect the final speed measurement results, and the relevant suggestions are put forward.Based on the verification rules and the actual verification, the uncertainty evaluation of the measured values is carried out on the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the uncertainty.The results show that the modified verification method can improve the reliability and scientificity of the uncertainty evaluation, and has certain practical application value.
